Simptiva Cloud™, LLC (“Simptiva Cloud”) operates a suite of digital products designed to simplify life, work, and wellness. This includes two main ecosystems — NurstivaApps™ (for nurses and healthcare professionals) and MySimviApps™ (for general consumers) — along with SimviEcho™, our AI-enabled companion device.
All services share a unified platform, secured through Simptiva Cloud’s bank-level encryption and AI-powered infrastructure.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services. By using any part of the Simptiva Cloud platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Simvi™ and SimviEcho™ are designed to assist with daily tasks, reminders, and support through voice and text interactions. By using these features, you consent to the processing of voice and input data necessary to perform requested actions.
Voice data is processed securely and not used for marketing or resale. You may delete your voice data or recordings at any time.
Certain features within NurstivaApps™, MySimviApps™, or SimviEcho™ may integrate with third-party services, such as Google, Stripe, and Plaid.
You may connect your Google Calendar or Contacts for enhanced scheduling and organization. Connections are optional and managed through secure, token-based authorization. Simptiva Cloud does not store your Google credentials.
Stripe is used to process payments securely for subscriptions and purchases. All payment transactions are encrypted and handled directly by Stripe. Simptiva Cloud does not collect or store your credit or debit card information. Review Stripe’s Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Plaid may be used to connect your financial accounts securely for features such as NurstivaFunds™ or MySimviSaves™. Simptiva Cloud never sees or stores your banking credentials; connections are managed by Plaid through encrypted tokens. Review Plaid’s Privacy Policy at plaid.com/legal.
All content, features, software, and branding — including but not limited to Simptiva Cloud™, Nurstiva™, MySimvi™, Simvi™, SimviEcho™, and associated logos — are the exclusive property of Simptiva Cloud™, LLC.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Simptiva Cloud™ products, concepts, and materials contain proprietary information protected by confidentiality and trademark laws. All Simptiva Cloud™ names, logos, and app titles are protected under U.S. trademark law and may not be used without authorization.
We continuously improve our services and may update or modify features without notice. We are not liable for any interruptions or loss of data caused by maintenance, updates, or outages.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Simptiva Cloud™ makes no express or implied warranties regarding performance, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simptiva Cloud™, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or to Simptiva Cloud™.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
