- The NurstivaApps™ ecosystem (including NurstivaConnects™, NurstivaVault™, NurstivaCharts™, NurstivaFlows™, NurstivaShifts™, and future apps);
- The MySimviApps™ ecosystem (including MySimvi Home™, MySimvi Vault™, MySimvi Plans™, and future apps);

- Simptiva Cloud websites and dashboards;
- NurstivaApps (web and mobile experiences);
- MySimviApps (web and mobile experiences);
- SimviEcho devices and companion interfaces;

- For SimviEcho, optional recorded stories, messages, or prompts that you choose to create and store.
Voice and interaction data are processed securely. Limited logs may be retained for troubleshooting,
security, and quality improvement, but are not sold or used for third-party advertising.

- Device type, browser, operating system, and general location (city/region) for performance and security.
- Log data such as access times, pages viewed, and feature usage to understand and improve our services.
5. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our apps, dashboards, and devices.
- Sync data you choose to connect across Nurstiva, MySimvi, and SimviEcho.
- Support features like scheduling, reminders, charting, shift tracking, vault storage, and shared calendars.
- Enable Simvi AI to respond to your requests and personalize your experience.

We use bank-level security practices to protect your information.
This includes encryption in transit (such as HTTPS/TLS) and encryption at rest for sensitive data, including vault contents,
selected records, and backups.
- Access to systems is restricted to authorized personnel with a legitimate need.
- Vault and similar features are designed with an additional layer of protection.
- We regularly review our security posture and update safeguards as needed.
While we work hard to protect your information, no system is completely perfect.
We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and enable available security options.
7. Google Integrations
Some features, such as NurstivaFlows™ and MySimvi Plans™, allow you to connect your Google Calendar
or Contacts to sync events and contact information.
- Connecting Google services is optional and controlled by you.
- We do not store your Google account password.
- Access is managed using secure, revocable tokens provided by Google.
- You may disconnect Google integrations at any time within your settings.
8. SimviEcho™ & Voice Data
SimviEcho is designed to provide supportive, voice-based interaction and memory tools.
Depending on your configuration, SimviEcho may:
- Process live voice commands to assist with tasks, reminders, or playback of messages.
- Store audio memories or messages locally on the device or in encrypted cloud storage if you enable backup.
You control whether recordings are saved, how long they are kept, and whether they are deleted.
We do not use SimviEcho content for advertising or sell this data to third parties.
9. Third-Party Financial Integrations (Stripe & Plaid)
Certain current or future features (such as subscriptions, payments, or financial tracking) may use trusted
third-party providers:

Stripe: used for secure payment processing (e.g., subscriptions, purchases).
Stripe encrypts and processes your payment information directly.
Simptiva Cloud does not store your full payment card details.

Plaid: may be used to securely connect your financial accounts for budgeting or reporting tools
(e.g., NurstivaFunds™, MySimvi Saves™) when enabled.
Banking credentials are handled by Plaid using tokenized connections.
Simptiva Cloud does not receive or store your bank login information.

These providers act as independent controllers or processors of your data under their own privacy policies.
10. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information only in the following limited situations:

SimviEcho and shared tools may be used in homes or care settings, but accounts and configurations
should be managed by an adult.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

within our apps, dashboards, or by email where appropriate.
