At Simptiva Cloud™, LLC, we take the security of your data seriously. Our systems are designed with multiple layers of protection to keep your information secure across all Simptiva Cloud products — including the NurstivaApps™, MySimviApps™, and SimviEcho™ device.
We follow industry best practices and continuously evaluate our security posture to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss.
All data transmitted to and from our systems is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS). Sensitive data stored within the platform — such as Vault documents, financial connections, and account details — is encrypted at rest using advanced encryption standards comparable to those used by financial institutions.
Simptiva Cloud’s infrastructure is hosted in secure, redundant data centers with physical, administrative, and technical safeguards. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and monitored for unusual activity.
Simvi™ AI and SimviEcho™ process user voice and text data securely within controlled environments. Temporary processing logs may be used to improve performance and ensure service reliability but are not retained long-term or used for advertising.
All stored recordings (for example, memory prompts or messages via SimviEcho) are encrypted and accessible only to the device owner.
For payment and financial account integrations, Simptiva Cloud partners with Stripe and Plaid. Both are industry-leading providers certified to handle financial data securely and in compliance with PCI DSS and other applicable standards.
When you connect your Google account, we use OAuth 2.0 — Google’s secure authorization standard — to request access only to the data necessary for calendar and contact syncing. We never store your Google password or use your data for advertising.
You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings or within our apps.
We encourage users to maintain strong security practices, including:
While we protect your data with advanced safeguards, user awareness and vigilance remain an essential part of data protection.
In the unlikely event of a data breach, Simptiva Cloud will investigate immediately, contain the threat, and notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable laws.
Our team conducts regular internal audits, penetration testing, and risk assessments to identify and address vulnerabilities. We also evaluate third-party providers annually to ensure they maintain comparable security standards.
