By accessing or using our websites, apps, content, or materials, you acknowledge and agree to respect these protections and to comply with all applicable confidentiality and trademark laws.

2. Proprietary Rights & Ownership

All products, services, content, logos, graphics, user interfaces, data, and software associated with Simptiva Cloud™, Nurstiva™, MySimvi™, Simvi™, and SimviEcho™ are the exclusive property of Simptiva Cloud™, LLC.

• All registered and unregistered trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos are protected under U.S. and international law.
• All written content, images, UI designs, documents, and materials are protected by copyright and proprietary rights.
• Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

3. Confidential Information

“Confidential Information” refers to any proprietary or nonpublic data, including designs, concepts, plans, technology, code, business strategies, and any other sensitive materials created or disclosed by Simptiva Cloud™, LLC.

• Confidential Information is to be used solely for its intended purpose and not shared, disclosed, or reverse-engineered.
• Individuals, partners, or contractors with access to such information are required to maintain confidentiality both during and after their relationship with Simptiva Cloud™.
• All materials marked “Confidential” or “Proprietary” remain the property of Simptiva Cloud™, LLC and must be returned or destroyed upon request.

4. Trademarks and Brand Assets

The following names, logos, and marks are trademarks or pending trademarks of Simptiva Cloud™, LLC:

• Simptiva Cloud™
• Nurstiva™, NurstivaApps™, NurstivaConnects™, NurstivaVault™, NurstivaFlows™, NurstivaCharts™, NurstivaShifts™, and related app names
• MySimvi™, MySimviApps™, MySimvi Home™, MySimvi Vault™, MySimvi Plans™, and related app names
• Simvi™, SimviEcho™, and the Simvi AI interface

These marks may not be used in connection with any product, service, or organization that is not owned or authorized by Simptiva Cloud™, LLC, in any manner that may cause confusion or imply endorsement.

5. Use of Materials and Content

Materials available through Simptiva Cloud™, including text, images, software, and documentation, are provided for authorized personal or business use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display these materials without written consent.

6. Partner & Investor Confidentiality

Partners, contractors, or investors who receive business plans, prototypes, documents, or data are bound by confidentiality whether or not a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is executed. Sharing, duplication, or public disclosure of proprietary materials without written approval is prohibited.

7. Violations & Enforcement

Any unauthorized use of Simptiva Cloud™ intellectual property or confidential information may result in legal action, including but not limited to injunctions, damages, and recovery of legal costs.
